At Element Brooklyn, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Element Brooklyn packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the generated packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our studio receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
